Is there a pickup or delivery fee?
There is not. Free pickup and delivery is included in your order.
Do I have to sort my linens?
You do not. You can put all of your linens in bags and we will sort them at the laundromat for you!
Do I create an online account for our commercial business?
To create an account for your business, please contact us or email info@sonicsudselizabeth.com and we will create the account for you. Once created, you will be able to view and manage your account using our phone app.
Do I receive my own items back?
Sonic Suds does not lease linens and other garments. We wash all our customers’ orders separately and you will receive back exactly what you handed to us.
How often do you pick up and deliver?
We will work with each customer on an individual basis and create a schedule that works for you.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contract is required. We will earn your business each and every time we launder your items!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can link your credit card when you book your service!
